Usually, our orders are delivered in 3 business day in Italy, for islands the delivery could takes 1 day more.

Yes, you can return us back an item within 30 days of receipt of shipment, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return us a product please follow the procedure below:

  • Login to your account and click here and select the order you want to return (if you've bought as guest, please click on the link ''follow your order process here'' in the order confirm received by mail- text us if you've lost the mail-)
  • Select the item and the reason of the return
  • Write us in the notes the name and the size of the product you want to receive
  • Click SEND

We suggest our customers to send with a tracked shipment service like TNT, SGT, UPS, DHL, EUROEXPRESS, FEDEX or other couriers (just ask for it at any service). If the shipment is not tracked and the package will be lost - unfortunately - we won't be able to proceed with the exchange or with the refund. 

 

 

In this case, the shipping cost will be at at your own expense, we will post you the correct size as soon as we receive the return.

 

You will receive a tracking number from the courier as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have already received the tracking number, follow these instructions:

We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. A delivery normally takes a maximum of 48 hours to reach a destination in mainland Italy and up to 72 hours for the islands. ‘Cash on delivery’ orders may take up to 48 hours longer to arrive.

In Europe shipping could take up to a week to be delivered.

Once the parcel has been passed onto the courier, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing orders. If your order never arrives, we will immediately send you the same item or, if it is no longer available, a complete refund for your order.

In this case, the shipping cost will be at at your own expense, we will refund you with a coupon or with a charge back on the same credit card or PayPal account you've used for the purchase as soon as we receive the return.

It is possible that your order was shipped in two different parcels, in which case they will arrive within 24 hours of each other. Contact store@youthsrl.com for detailed information about your order. We normally inform clients in these cases but it is possible that our email ended up in your Spam folder.

If you want to return all or a part of your order because you ordered the wrong size or you've simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item will be at your expense.

We recommend you to use a tracking service (simply request it from the Post Office or any other delivery service). If the return delivery is not tracked and the parcel goes missing, unfortunately we cannot continue with the return or refund. If we have nothing else in stock that meets your needs, we will refund the price of your purchase excluding delivery fees.

If you are returning the item because you received the incorrect size or item, please text us to store@youthsrl.com.

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition or we won't be able to proceed with the exchange or refund for that item.

PLEASE NOTE: please write to store@iuter.com before posting anything to us. Please provide your order number, the item you wish to return and the item you would like to receive as a replacement.

If you've received a different item or size, please send us a mail to store@youthsrl.com or text a whatsapp +39 3938979738, send us the pictures of the item and your order number.

In this case, the shipping costs will be at our own expense, we will manage the pickup by our courier and send you an e-mail with the labels to apply on the package.

 

To complete the request, follow the procedure below:
