Yes, download the module form by clicking here, compile it and insert into the package. The module does not need the size you want to exchange, it will then be requested later when the return has arrived in our warehouse.

If you have ordered an incorrect size and want to change it, you must send the items to the following address:

We recommend our customers to send with a shipment service like TNT, SGT, UPS, DHL, BARTOLINI or other couriers (just ask for it at any service). If the shipment is not tracked and the package is lost - unfortunately - we will not be able to proceed with the repayment. We also ask you to specify the delivery times 8-13 / 14-17 at Bonprix Warehouse.

When you have sent the package you let us know by writing an e-mail to store@iuter.com or store@osctopusbrand.com with "Return Order No. ******" and in the text:

- the service used with its tracking number,

- Scanned PDF

 

In this case, the shipping cost will be yours, we will handle it instead of sending the correct size, as soon as we receive the return.

The cost of returning the item will be at your expense but we will send you the replacement item free of charge. We recommend that our customers use a tracking service (simply request it from the Post Office or any other delivery service). If the return delivery is not tracked and the parcel goes missing, unfortunately we cannot continue with the return or refund. If we have nothing else in stock that meets your needs, we will refund the price of your purchase.

If you are returning the item because you received the incorrect size or item, we will cover all delivery fees.

Any items returned to us must be in their original condition or we will not be able to proceed with the exchange or refund for that item.

You will receive a tracking number from the courier as soon as your order has been shipped. If you have already received the tracking number, follow these instructions:

We will ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it, except on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. A delivery normally takes a maximum of 48 hours to reach a destination in mainland Italy and up to 72 hours for the islands. ‘Cash on delivery’ orders may take up to 48 hours longer to arrive.

In Europe shipping could take up to a week to be delivered.

Once the parcel has been passed onto the courier, we are no longer responsible for delayed or missing orders. If your order never arrives, we will immediately send you the same item or, if it is no longer available, a complete refund for your order.

Yes. You can return all or some of the items ordered and you will be refunded their value. You can also exchange them for different sizes or items.

The cost of returning the item will be at your expense but we will send you the replacement item free of charge. We recommend that our customers use a tracking service (simply request it from the Post Office or any other delivery service). If the return delivery is not tracked and the parcel goes missing, unfortunately we cannot continue with the return or refund. If we have nothing else in stock that meets your needs, we will refund the price of your purchase minus delivery costs.

If you are returning the item because you received the incorrect size or item, we will cover all delivery fees.

It is possible that your order was shipped in two different parcels, in which case they will arrive within 24 hours of each other. Contact store@youthsrl.com for detailed information about your order. We normally inform clients in these cases but it is possible that our email ended up in your Spam folder.

If you want to return all or part of your order because you ordered the wrong size or have simply changed your mind, the cost of returning the item will be at your expense.
